Delete your CraftFolks account
You can request permanent deletion of your CraftFolks account and the personal data associated with it.
How to request account deletion
- Email hello@craftfolks.com from the email address linked to your CraftFolks account.
- Use the subject line: CraftFolks Account Deletion Request.
- Include your full name and the email address used for your CraftFolks account.
- Tell us whether you are a buyer, seller, or both.
- We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting the account.
- We will email you when deletion is complete or if we need more information.
What is deleted
- Your CraftFolks account credentials and profile information
- Wishlist, saved preferences, and non-required profile content
- Seller storefront profile data tied to your account, where applicable
- Messages and support conversations, subject to moderation and legal requirements
What we may keep
- Order, payment, refund, tax, and dispute records required by law or for fraud prevention
- Records needed to resolve active disputes, chargebacks, or support cases
- Limited backup copies for a short period before permanent deletion
Most account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Backup systems may take up to an additional 30 days to clear.
